If you'd like to initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@dinosaurised.com to obtain authorization. In your email, please include the following information: your order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and come with a receipt. If the item is faulty, not as described, or broken, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
